Dance Class Waiting List

By Completing this form, you are placing yourself on the waiting list for a dance class at Stacia's School of Dance. Your position on the waiting list will be based on the date and time that this form is submitted. Openings are filled as they occur and you will be contacted at the e-mail address provided below. You will be given 48 hrs to respond to the e-mail indicating whether you still wish to join the class. After 48 hours, we will move on to the next dancer on the list.
