Over 300 leading traffic safety professionals invite you to exhibit at New York State’s premier traffic safety symposium. Exhibitors will have an opportunity to interact with attendees during two days of workshops, seminars and law enforcement training sessions. Various statewide traffic safety associations also hold their annual meetings during the symposium.
This symposium provides an educational opportunity for attendees and an opportunity for safety equipment and promotional material vendors and traffic safety interest organizations to interact with key traffic safety professionals from around the state, as well as representatives from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee (GTSC).
The planning committee realizes the importance of adequate opportunities for exhibitors to have contact with participants; therefore the Sunday welcome dinner buffet and two daily breaks on Monday and Tuesday will be served in the exhibit hall. Monday and Tuesday dinners are not served at the conference site. For your networking opportunities while dining, the exhibit hall will be closed during breakfast and lunch.
The New York State Highway Safety Symposium will be held at the Conference and Event Center adjoining the Sheraton at the Falls from Sunday, October 15 through Wednesday morning, October 18, 2017. A lodging registration form and preliminary agenda will be available in June at www.itsmr.org. Exhibitor set-up is on Sunday between noon and 5:00 with breakdown on Tuesday by 4:00 p.m.
