Interlibrary Loan Request Form

To request materials from outside of the San Joaquin Valley Library System please fill out this form.
Tulare County Library will try its best to fill requests based on availability and lending library policies. Requests can take up to 6 weeks to fill. The lending library determines the length of time the patron may borrow the item.
Tulare County Library will charge $5.00 per title at time of checkout. The fee will automatically be charged to the patron’s record whether or not the item is picked up.
Patrons may request up to 6 interlibrary loan titles at a time and must not have fines over $10.00.
