The information you provide is essential to allowing us to be as efficient as possible with our time taking photos. In most cases we begin taking photos 2.5 - 3 hours prior to the beginning of the ceremony, even if the bride and groom are still getting ready. We will talk to you before the wedding to finalize an appropriate photo timeline.

Standard wedding collections include 8 hours coverage. Additional coverage hours may be added when necessary for $200/hr. Start time of photography coverage may need to be adjusted slightly as we refine your wedding day timeline, however please indicate an anticipated start time here.

NOTE: If you are doing a first look (bride and groom see each other before the ceremony) in order to complete more photos at the beginning of the day, we recommend starting no less than 3 hours before the ceremony.

NOTE ABOUT FAMILY GROUP PHOTOS: We recommend that only immediate family and grand parents be included in the formal group photos. We are happy to accommodate additional groups, but long group shot lists can be problematic if the timeline doesn't take this into account. ON AVERAGE, GROUP PHOTOS REQUIRE 3 MINUTES PER GROUP. If there are 10 groups (which is a very realistic number) it will take 30 minutes to do formal group photos.

Remember that group photos take an average of 3 minutes per group. Please be intentional about the people included in these "formal" group photos. Many of your other guests and family members will be included in candid photographs throughout the day.
