Ads are due no later than noon each Tuesday. Requests received after the cut-off are not guaranteed. Ad space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. 

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS ONLY
We only use professional listing photos and agent photos. We do not accept sketches unless the property is under construction. We also require "High Quality" or "High Resolution" photos on all advertising (300 dpi). There are no MLS pictures, houses with cars, people, or animals. Images should correspond with the season in which you are advertising.

PROOFING POLICY
It is YOUR responsibility to check for any errors before printing.
Please carefully check spelling and all content for accuracy.
Approval to send an ad to print is confirmation that you have reviewed the proofs completely, agree that all content in the proof(s) is correct, and hereby release DLRE from liability for any content errors that should be discovered after production begins.
