Grailville, 932 O'Bannonville Road, Loveland
PERFORMER APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY JULY 31, 2017
Please consider joining us for the League for Animal Welfare's inaugural Pet Jam,
a family-friendly and pet-friendly music fest! The event will feature local bands,
food trucks, a beer garden, vendors, a family zone and, of course,
adoptable animals from the League!
The League operates the oldest and largest no-kill animal shelter in
Greater Cincinnati. As a privately-funded non-profit organization, we rely
on donations to provide top-notch medical care, nutritious food and
safe shelters for homeless cats and dogs for as long
as it takes to find a forever home.
Participating in Pet Jam is a great way to show your support of homeless animals
in our community.
Performers are volunteering to perform; no fee will be paid nor expenses reimbursed
Stages will be covered; the event will be held rain or shine.
Performance times will be 45 minutes.
Performers will receive free admission to event.
Performers will be selected based on offering a variety of musical genres and space availability. Prefer bands performing original music; cover bands will be selected on a limited basis.
Performers agree to hold the League for Animal Welfare, Grailville and festival attendees free and harmless from any liability or damage to band members, property or loss, theft or destruction of property during set-up, operation and removal of equipment.
Performers will provide logo and band photo for marketing purposes.
Performers will be listed on the League's website (LFAW.org) with a link if applicable.
The League will promote the event through Facebook (10K followers), Twitter (1800 followers), monthly eNewsletter (1800 subscribers), quarterly print newsletter (3K distribution) and flyers posted in the community.
We ask performers to also promote the event through their media outlets.
Performers will be listed on the festival map and on t-shirts sold to attendees.
No smoking is permitted on the Grailville property.
