Term and Conditions: Please read the following sections below carefully and check the box after each section and digitally sign the contract.
In the interest of fairness to all of my clients, I am unable to offer special deals or discounts except for those that may be ran occasionally as promotions. For this reason, please understand that session fees, prices, and business policies are not negotiable.*

Archiving Images: Images can be archived up to 1 year. Or you can choose to purchase all unedited images.*

CREATIVE LICENSE: Images are edited at my discretion, and delivered images will not include all images taken during session. I reserve the creative right to edit and release only those deemed creditable as professional in quality and within my artistic standards. Additional edited images may be purchased for $50 per edited image.*

The Client shall make a non-refundable deposit to the Photographer to perform the services specified herein. Upon payment, the Photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties.*

Please call at least 48 hours ahead of time if you must cancel an appointment. Your deposit is non refundable if you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. No part of any package will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.*

LIABILITY: M4 Quantum Photography is not responsible for lost, mislaid or stolen property that may occur during photography session. Client agrees to not hold M4 Quantum Photography liable for any loss, expense or injury arising from or in connection with the photography session with any person pursuant to this agreement.*

COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Completion schedules and delivery of products shall be determined from date of final approval by Client.*

- Proofs shall take 14 buisness days from time of session to be available in an online gallery for the Client.
- Final edited images will be available 21 buisness days from the date of the final aproval by the Client.
Social Media: The Client shall not copy, download, screen shot, or capture in any other fashion 'Proof Images'. The Client shall credit/acknowledge M4 Quantum Photography on all 'Final Images' uploaded to social media, websites, profiles or any other form of media.*

I understand that images taken of me during this session can be used wholly or in part in any publication (commercial or otherwise), portfolio, public display, physical form, on their website, on social media or in any other form of print or media. The images may be used to represent an imaginary person and any wording associated will not be attributed to me unless my name is specifically mentioned.*

I acknowledge that by signing this form, subject to the usage restrictions above, I give up all claims of ownership of the images, and assign copyright to M4 Quantum Photography. No payment will be due to me for usage of the images. Use of the images may be granted to third parties, however the images will remain the property of M4 Quantum Photography.*
