  • Application for Admission for Residential CLP Services

NYEP is an independent living facility exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above (under 18 from WCDSS on approval). Our agreements are crafted directly with the youth themselves. We encourage applications and interviews to be conducted with the youth to ensure their active participation in the process from start to finish.
  • Our Reasoning: NYEP's commitment to adhering to these strict eligibility criteria is rooted in our desire to provide a supportive and welcoming environment for the young individuals we serve. By clearly defining our criteria, we aim to avoid situations where youth who may not be appropriate candidates are later faced with rejection.

If you are referring a young person to our program, kindly review the eligibility criteria and requirements provided below to assess their suitability as an applicant. If they meet the criteria, please guide them to our application link and encourage them to complete the application independently, if possible. In cases where internet access is unavailable, you may provide them with a printable copy of the application, accessible [here], and forward it to monica@nyep.org.

We warmly welcome supportive adults to accompany prospective residents on facility tours.

Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this process are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
