Pool Membership Information
POOL SEASON INFORMATION
The pool season is almost here! Payment of annual HOA dues includes pool membership. The Tudor Branch pool opens each season on the first Saturday in May, closes the fourth Saturday in September, and is typically available for use (daily for adults age 18+ beginning at 5 am) by all in good standing: property owners or their tenants, resident sponsored Associate Pool Members, and their authorized invitees.
ASSOCIATE POOL MEMBERSHIPS
A limited number of "OUTSIDE" Associate Pool Memberships, resident sponsor required, may be purchased each swim season on a first come, first served basis. Family seasonal pool memberships are
if purchased on or after July 1st. And if you wish to ensure your own ability to access the pool without having to rely on another pool patron to unlock a pool gate for you, an additional one time
purchase of an electronic access key fob will be required. Up to two fobs may be purchased per member property address and these electronic keys will be reactivated when you rejoin each pool season. To apply for membership, please complete this online application and specify your resident sponsor by providing their: name, Tudor Branch property address, and email address.
OBTAINING ELECTRONIC ACCESS KEY FOB
Access to pool requires purchase of an electronic key fob if you wish to ensure your own ability (not having to rely on other pool patrons to open a pool gate for you) to enter the pool gates. Note: Pool attendant will
leave their assigned post to open a gate for you if any minors are in the pool. Submittal of this membership application should be completed prior to issuance of any electronic access key fob.
Each electronic access key fob is
- NO REFUNDS.
Up to two active key fobs may be assigned per member property address.
Lost fob replacement may require member to present second active fob to determine proper deactivation and reissuance. Fob(s) handed over from previous pool member to new member will incur a
per fob reassignment fee. All key fobs must be purchased at our property management company's office (address provided below) and will require an adult (age 18+) household member to sign a liability waiver.
MEMBER PASS INFORMATION
All pool members attaining age five (during current calendar year) and older will be issued a Tudor Branch pool membership pass.
All member passes will display first/last name and for those
under age eighteen
, their birth month and birth year.
All passes issued to members age ten and older must display a headshot or selfie photo.
Member passes for those under age ten will not have a photo displayed.
No passes will display a property address.
Six age categories will be used by the HOA during pass issuance and initial assignment of pool membership passes will be based on the attaining age
the calendar year in which this membership request is being submitted.
For example, you are completing your initial membership request in April and your child is turning age five in October so he/she will be assigned an initial age category pass type of "Minor" which covers from ages five to nine.
These ID passes are provided complimentary by the HOA; however, replacement costs for lost member photo ID passes are
to replace all houshold member passes. Fee will be paid at property management company and you will then take the receipt with you to the pool services company for member pass replacement.

Each pool guest (age five and older) will require either a daily OR seasonal guest pass for pool entry.
Each type pass is valid for one person per pool entry. Guests under age five do not require a pass and no guest fee will be assessed.
Seasonal Guest Pass Information:
Each pool member property address, in good standing, which should have a completed membership application on file with the HOA will receive two complimentary seasonal guest passes
pool season. These can be used by Nanny's, visiting relatives and friends, and so on. Each seasonal guest pass permits unlimited pool entry for one person throughout swim season. And each pool season, a maximum of two
seasonal guest passes (which includes replacement of lost complimentary seasonal guest passes i.e., a maximum of four seasonal guest passes may be issued to a property address each pool season) per member property address may be purchased. Purchase price per seasonal guest pass:
if purchased before July 1st,
if purchased during July,
if purchased during August, and
if purchased during September. Simply stop by our property management company's office to purchase. Company address provided below.
Daily Guest Pass Purchase Information:
Each daily guest pass selection provided below permits the member to purchase that option for up to five people. For each option a start pool usage date must be selected at time of purchase. Guests under age five do not require a pass. All members are limited to five guests per day if using a daily guest pass for pool entry.

Property owners have the option to pay in person at our property management company's office; or, complete the "Owner Online: Daily Pool Guest Pass Purchase Form" and the total will be added to requestor's HOA owner account. Online purchase form is available at www.tudorbranch.info An electronic daily pass purchase record will be emailed to you once request is processed. This email record will serve as your daily guest pass. All other non-owner members must pay in person at our property management company's office. A daily guest pass will be issued to you at time of purchase. Company address provided below.
Pool Party Information
A member planning to sponsor ten or more guests (during the same day) is considered by the HOA to be hosting a pool party which must be requested and approved in advance by our Reservations Scheduler. Owners may see online "Pool Party Reservation Request" eForm available on our community website for further details. Non owners may contact property management to request booking a pool party.
