• Ordering your Studio Grad Party Products

    We are excited to work with you as you prepare for your upcoming graduation celebration. The questions below will help guide you through the design process and communicate to our designers how you would like your grad products designed.

    Once this form is submitted, your invoice will be emailed to you for your review within 24 business hours. To confirm, please call in payment of 50% to approve the invoice and get the order started. Once confirmed, your design is placed online for your approval within one week. You'll have the opportunity to make whatever changes you want. Your first set of changes is free.

    Single sided cards are printed on photographic paper. Please enter the TOTAL QUANTITY you'd like in the box provided. You can order any quantity as long as you order a minimum of 25 cards.

    While most of our grad cards include grad party information, some choose to include their ceremony information, or info for other special things going on (ie. senior recital, entertainment, directions to the party, RSVP, etc.) If you are including celebration/ceremony info, be sure to include the date, time, and location for each.   • How would you like your grad card designed?

    You determined how involved you are with designing your card. With both options, your design(s) are placed online for your approval prior to printing. By choosing ARTIST'S CHOICE, you're asking our designers to "do their thing" as they create your card. This option is perfect for those that really aren't sure what they want. You'll only need to let us know which of your image(s) to use along with any text information you want included on your card.     By selecting an option below, you'll help communicate the card style you want to our designers.

    • Fun and Unique - typically these cards incorporate other design elements as shown above (ie. circles, square, repeating patterns, unique borders)
    • Classic & Elegant - the focus of these cards is on the image(s). Typically design elements are subtle or not included.

  • Baby Pictures:

    The charge for adding a baby/child image is $15. If you choose to use a baby image please either drop off the image and we will professionally scan it or upload it at the link below.

    If you are using a professional photograph please obtain a release from the photographer and include it with your image.

  • Posters

    Posters are a great visual to hang throughout your party. They available in the following sizes and can include any ordered from image at no additional charge. Once designed, your poster(s) are posted online for your approval prior to printing.

  • Yard Signs

    Yard signs are the perfect way to direct people to your party. They are printed on a sturdy 6 mm white corrugated plastic. They are durable, water resistant and come with stakes to insert into the ground.

  • Party Paks come with 1 Yard Sign

  • If you are ordering multiple yard signs, they can each have a different design using a different pose(s).

    Previously ordered poses can be used at no additional cost. You may add a new pose for a $17 charge.


    Please be sure to include:
    • your image number (note if it is a new pose)
    • What text you'd like included
    • Which direction the arrow on the sign should face (if using arrows to direct guests to your party)

  • Banners

    Banners are a great way to let people know they are at the right party. They are printed on 15oz premium glossy vinyl and come hemmed and brass grommeted. They are durable and weather resistant, making them an ideal outside display on the day of your party.

    Double sided cards are available in the following paper types:

    • Pearl (our most popular option - has a metallic sheen)
    • Linen Texture (matte card stock with linen texture)
    • Watercolor Paper (matte card stock with subtle art paper texture)
    • Standard Gloss (card stock with shiny gloss coating)
    • Standard Matte (card stock)
  • Did you know we offer custom printed envelopes?

    Save yourself the hassle of addressing your envelopes by hand! We offer custom printed envelopes that include your return address AND your guest's address so that your cards are ready to stamp and mail as soon as you pick them up!
  • We offer two types of custom envelopes: Return Address Printed Envelopes and Custom Printed Addressed Envelopes
  • • Return Address Printed Envelopes •

    These envelopes have your return address already printed so that all you need to do is write the recipients address in the space provided. These are available for $25 for up to 100 cards, and cost $5 for each additional set of 25 cards.
  • • Custom Printed Addressed Envelopes •

    • Custom Printed Addressed Envelopes • These cards are custom printed with BOTH your return address AND the recipients address. You simply compile your list of addresses (see section below) and we do all the printing for you! These are available for $50 for up to 100 cards, and $10 for each additional set of 25 cards. If you do not have the addresses in a digital file, we can type the addresses for you for $.50/name. Your list can either be faxed, mailed or dropped off. Envelopes are automatically printed with black ink.

    Provide your recipients' addresses

    Compile your address list:
    Place your order, and while we are busy designing the perfect card, compile your address list and send us a spreadsheet as an .xls file in the following format:

    First and Last Names(Column A), Street Address (Column B) and City, State and Zip (Column C).

    If your spreadsheet is already available, you can upload it now. Please make sure that you use the format above. If we need to make changes to correct your spreadsheet a $10 charge will be added to your invoice.

    If you don't have your addresses typed already, we can do that for you!l! Simply select the "Please type my addresses" option ($.50/entry) Once your cards are done, a spreadsheet with all of your addresses will be emailed to you for future use.

  • The Next Step...

    After you submit your order, we will email you an invoice for your approval within 24 business hours. Please confirm your order by making payment for at least half of the order amount. You can call in a credit card, drop off or mail in your payment. Once payment is received, you will see a design online within one week.

    Once your design(s) are created, they are placed online for you to view and approve. Please be sure to double check the spelling, along with any dates or times prior to submitting your approval. Once they are placed online, we will call AND send an email to you with instructions on logging into your own individual slideshow.

    Your payment includes one set of design changes. Further changes can be made for an additional $10 for each set of changes.

    Once your approval is received, your cards are printed and ready for pick-up within 3-5 business days. Banners, Posters, Bookmarks, and Yard Signs are available within 3-4 weeks.We will call you when any part of your order is ready. If it's easier, you can choose to have your cards shipped to you for $10 (be sure to provide your address in the text box below). Orders with other products can be shipped for $15.
