Glastonbury Southern Gage has certain requirements that must be fulflled and maintained in order to join and remain part of our distribution network. Checking the boxes below indicates that you acknowledge and accept these requirements.
Distributor agrees to schedule visits in their territory with a GSG RepresentativeDistributor agrees to give follow up information to GSG on all quotes that exceed $2,000.00GSG Reserves the right to continue and establish house accounts in distributor territoriesDistributors must maintain all accounts within the 30 day payment terms required by Glastonbury Southern GageAll orders must be pre-paid by credit card until an approved credit application has been accepted.Any gages returned to Glastonbury Southern Gage due to non-conformance shall be at the distributors shipping expense. These shipping fees shall be credited back to the distributor if the findings of the said gage(s) is found to be warranted by Glastonbury Southern Gage.Distributor Discounts are determined by tier levels. All tier levels are set in accordance with total annual sales by the distributor. An outline of this tier scale shall be supplied to the applicant by GSG prior to the signing of the distribution contact. As per GSG policy, all distribution contracts run in accordance with GSG's fiscal year.Distribution contracts are re-issued on an annual basis. Adjustments to tier levels will be made at that time based on the total sales of the prior year.Annual sales based on shipments exclude freight, taxes and insurance.All distributors will give GSG an advanced notice of (4) months prior to any trade shows in which they are requesting literature, samples and or a GSG representative to be present. In some cases, distributors may be required to cover partial costs associated with printed materials. I.E. materials branded with distributors logo and contact information.
