2026 Classes

June 20, 2026 (10:00AM-1:00PM) - Stained Glass Class with Chris Parker . Make your own stained glass artwork with stained glass artist, Chris Parker. All supplies will be provided. For this class, you can choose between a variety of projects when you get here, including several advanced designs (fox, daffodil), and beginner designs (honeycomb, bee, paw print)! You will learn the copper foil technique and your project will be ready to take home with you at conclusion of the class. Must be at least 12 years old to participate.

You’ll choose from two gourd designs when you register — a classic American flag or a three-star patriotic design (for close-up photos, check out our Facebook Event). Whether you’re the “teach‑me‑everything” type or an “I’ve totally got this” DIY superstar, you’ll feel right at home. Follow along step‑by‑step with two talented Meadowbrooke instructors or create confidently at your own pace. No experience needed. Each gourd measures approximately 5" in diameter and 6-7" high. You’ll create a set of three bee watering dishes for your garden, giving local pollinators a much‑appreciated drink. Working with fresh clay, you’ll choose from a variety of shapes and glaze colors, with experienced instructors guiding you every step of the way. Finished pieces will be kiln‑fired after class, and you’ll be notified by email when they’re ready for pickup—about three weeks later.
