PAYMENTS & HOW TO BOOK: To reserve services for your big day, I require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee of the TOTAL COSTS (with all members included) to reserve your requested date and time slot. The remaining 50% is to be paid 10 days prior to your ceremony. This fee counts towards your total balance for services, and the amount will be pre-discussed in your initial bridal quote. Nothing will be scheduled without the retainer fee, no ifs, ands, or buts! Upon paying the retainer fee invoice, I send the contracting party over a copy of my service agreement which is to be filled out and returned no later than 48 hours after the retainer fee has been paid. Booking a trial seperately DOES NOT reserve your wedding day.
A 3% transaction fee is applied to all payments made with credit/debit cards, electronic invoices, or PayPal. The 50% retainer fee is paid remotely from your location. Once I send a follow up e-mail upon completion of this form and we establish your primary bridal quote and all details, I issue an electronic payment invoice to your e-mail address where the client may pay with the convenience of their credit/debit card, quickly and securely via Square. Invoices CANNOT be sent seperately to bridal party members as the agreement is solely between artist and 1 contracting party member, whether it be the bride or otherwise. If you are not covering the costs for your bridal party, it is recommended to start pooling the 50% down per person ($44.00 from each member) that way it's all there when the time comes to submit the retainer fee, or allow your members to reimburse you as you see fit.
I accept the following forms of payment: ALL major credit/debit cards (excluding prepaid), Square invoice, and money orders. NO CHECKS.
CANCELLATIONS & TARDINESS: You may cancel services at any time however; you will forfeit any and all retainers and/or payments made. The fee is 100% non-refundable, and transferable only in situations where Acts of God (Fire, flood, tornado, etc.) play a part. Retainer fees forfeited MAY NOT be counted towards any other services or remaining balances.
It is understood that all parties are to arrive on time for makeup application at the location and time listed above. If for any reason, makeup cannot start at the specified times (which will be sent in a schedule once we're about a month out for the big day), there is an additional charge of $25.00 for every fifteen minutes.
