In no instance may any SMP Program Producer edited material for broadcast or for any reason. The Artist / Label agree this broadcast does not constitute a sale of rights but is only a license to broadcast Artist / Label martial only.
At any time 94.2 Blazin can rebroadcast your track on other station that is affiliate without your acknowledgement at no cost to you. SMP is not licensed by ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and Soundexchange.
I agree to broadcast my music through Smooth Media Productions media outlet without payment to me (us).
Any responses we get from listener will be forwarded to the Artist / Label representative.
Artist / Label have the right to terminate this agreement with 24 hours of signing contract. NO REFUND if Artist / Label terminate contract.
Artist / Label will be notified immediately if broadcast date has discontinue therefore a REFUND can be made if SMP and Artist / Label cannot reach an agreement

I have the rights to allow 94.2 Blazin to broadcast the music I submit On The Air. I understand that the music I submit may be played with no restrictions or play limits. 94.2 Blazin can play my music up to 3 months or longer or until I request 94.2 Blazin to remove it from its playlist by emailing smp@execs.com and requesting track(s) by name to be removed from the playlist.
