Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Henry County Humane Society Volunteer, who will show you where your booth space is located.
We strongly advise that vehicles arrive no earlier than 7:00am.
No vehicle will be allowed into event area after 9:00am.
All vehicles must be out of event area by 9:30am.
All booths need to be ready by 10:00am.
(We strongly suggest being ready sooner for early visitors.)
The following steps should be expected upon arrival:
Arrive at the event, where you will be shown your space
Unload your belongings at your booth space
Park your vehicle
Come back and set up your site
All vendors are urged to remain until the event has ended at 4:00pm.
At that time, please break down your area and pack up to load.
A volunteer will instruct when vehicles are allowed in the event area.
Once belongings are loaded, please clear your area of any trash and dispose in provided trash receptacles.
Our volunteers will direct you out safely to be on your way as quickly as possible.
