A School of Choice Application must be completed prior to enrollment at ALLIES. Please follow the instructions below to complete the School of Choice Application:

Online Option
Go to d49.org website
Click on “Discover D49” at top of the page
Click on “Registration Information”
Click on “School of Choice” on the left side of the page
Click on “Enroll Now”
Click on “2023/2024 Online Registration Application” and fill out this form
In Person Option
Contact Central Enrollment to make an appointment

Bring the following paperwork:
Birth certificate
Immunization Record
Proof of Residency
Parent/Guardian Photo ID
