  • MO Min Pin Rescue Adoption Application

  • MO Min Pin Rescue is an all-volunteer, 501c3 organization. All of our dogs are cared for by foster families and receive complete medical care, which includes, but is not limited to vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and microchipping prior to their adoption.

This application is designed to help MO Min Pin Rescue and the potential adopter determine whether or not a specific dog is a right fit for you and your household. All potential adopters are required to complete this form prior to adoption. MO Min Pin Rescue reserves the right to deny any applicant for any reason prior to placing the dog and all decisions are final.

PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 days for processing. We do vet checks, and therefore, if we receive the application during the weekend when your vet might not be available, it may take longer. PLEASE check and double-check your information prior to submitting it.
