  • Student can't login to their Chromebooks or Access Gmail or Google Classtoom:

    When the student turns on the chromebook, at the login page, please 
    click on Delete User,  Then click on Add user and add the students info and password, this should get it fixed.

  • Student is having a problem accessing a site that others can.  

    This is a minor issue that we can correct quickly, in most cases.  Please send us the students name and what grade the students in.

    With this problem, please DON'T send the chromebook to the office.

     

  • The screen is turned sideways!

    How do you rotate the screen on a Chromebook?


    Simply hit ctrl+shift+refresh. The refresh key is the one with the spinning arrow. It'll rotate the screen 90 degrees. 

    If the problem continues, please complete this workorder.

    ** If you send your Chromebook to the Office for Repair, please attach the Student's Name and what is wrong with it, for quicker service.

  • Fix for i-ready
  • If the screens colors look weird, do the following:

    Step 1: Find accessibility features
    Click your account photo or press Alt + Shift + s.
    Click Settings  .
    At the bottom, click Advanced.
    In the "Accessibility" section, click Manage accessibility features.

    Turn off High Contrast Mode

    If the problem continues,  complete this work order.

  • OUT OF RANGE ERROR - SOLUTION

    If a student is getting the  error message "Out of Range" please do the following, I have found that this may be a possible fix.

     

    Do a hard shut down / turn off, clicking on the button that says shut down.

    Let the chromebook rest for 60 seconds, then turn it back on.  The machine should reach out and connect with the nearest Access Point

    If the problem continues, please complete this workorder.

  • Please enter the students name below and we will reset the password ASAP.

  • If you have a new student that doesn't have a google account,  Please continue with the work order below and we will get the account setup ASAP.

    Normally by the next school day or before.
    We will respond back to you by text or email with the students
    newly created username and password.
