    Before requesting a tour or group visit, please review the following: 

    About this form: This form is intended for groups of 10 or more that will be arriving by a motor coach bus. If you will not be arriving by a motor coach bus please see our other forms:

    Request Deadlines: Tours must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance.

    Date Availability: While we welcome all requests, we cannot guarantee the availability of dates and times. This form is a request only, and not a confirmation. After submitting this form, you will be contacted within 5 business days to confirm your visit.

  • Which Special Exhibitions would you like access to? Please note that a typical Guided Tour is 60 minutes.

  • A typical guided tour will include an overview of highlights from the collection. If you select a Special Exhibition guided tour, the exhibition will be the focus. 

  • Please choose a time and three potential tour dates in order of preference. We will book your tour for the first available date. If none of your requested dates are available, we will notify you via email and offer other options.

    Your group will be invoiced upon confirmation of your visit based on the number of visitors indicated on this form. All group payments should be made in one lump sum and can be accepted either in advance or on the day of your visit. Please let us know your payment preferences below.
