    Wedding clientele will receive an additional agreement once booked to go over details.
  • PHOTO RELEASE FORM AND AGREEMENT: I have read and agree to the following statement: Tabitha Anna Artistry can use my photos relative to the event on her social media and website to promote her business. Unless agreed otherwise in writing I hereby grant Tabitha Anna Artistry and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Tabitha Anna Artistry and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. If for any reason the date originally booked has changed, there is no guarantee Tabitha Anna Artistry will be available. Traveling is based on the Florida State Law regulations for subcontractors, which is updated frequently. It’s usually an average of $0.50 a mile. Location must be finalized with balance of payment. If overtime occurs due to client their will be a fee of $75 per hour starting 5 minutes past the contracted time. *

  • A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking in order to reserve your day. All remaining Balances including 5.6% sales tax is due at the time of session. No part of any order, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Your desired event day is not reserved until the deposit is received full and clear. Therefore, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, you forfeit your deposit and may not reschedule without a new deposit. Re-scheduling may occur to save your deposit if you give at least 7 days notice and the event is rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original reserved date or if there is a family emergency or serious illness. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate. *
