  • Client Portrait Agreement/Contract/Waiver & Copyright Acknowledgment

  • PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Erin Barber Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my underage children. I hereby grant Erin Barber Photography and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Erin Barber Photography and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. I understand that images from my session will be deleted from the photographer's hard drive 6 months afterward, except for those images retained for promotional use. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control. *
  • COPYRIGHT: As a client of Erin Barber Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Erin Barber Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Erin Barber, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violaters of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. I understand that any and all images posted to my social media accounts will include express credit to/tagging of Erin Barber Photography. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.*
  • LIABILITY: Erin Barber Photography is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business, as well as the session host business.*

  • SESSION REQUESTS

    * Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 15 minutes prior to the start of session. This allows for any last-minute snacking, changing, and relaxing before session begins.

    * No pets are allowed at your session, and no pet can be left in your vehicle per venue request.

    * Children must be supervised at all times.

    * No plants or animals shall be harmed while visiting the venue.  Lavender cutting is not permitted without payment to the venue.

    * There is no smoking on the venue property.

    * No outside alcohol is permitted on the venue property.

    * Depending on the location of the session set-up, you may be required to walk a short distance on grassy terrain.  Please prepare accordingly.
