This Form is for ACTIVE MEMBERS ONLY (Not those waiting for Reinstatement) who want to Pre-Book early sessions from 715a-1015a OR Late sessions from 845p-1245a (This Form is NOT for any other time frames). YOUR PRE-BOOK MUST BE AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN ADVANCE AND NO MORE THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Remember, once you book, NO Cancellations are allowed (Any Cancellations on Pre-Books - for any reason - will result in being placed on blacklist). After you submit this form, our staff will review it so see if your request is possible and if the Entertainer will be available at the Requested Time and Date. Once a member of our staff does Text you back, they will get you the Donation Amount for your request and confirm your appointment. Keep in mind that 60 minute or 30 minute Session rates may vary per entertainer.
