The Wake County Public School system does not provide the funding necessary to fully support the music/band programs at Cary High School. The primary purpose of The Cary Band Boosters Club is to support and fund these programs.
The cost to participate in the 2017 CHS Marching Band Program is $1346.
A $75 deposit was due June 1 with the Commitment Letter.
The remaining balance is due as follows:
Aug 1 - $200
Sept 1- $350
Oct 1 - $350
Nov 1 - $200
Dec 1 - $200
Jan 1 - $46
All assessment monies are to be applied first to back balances of a student’s account, unless prior arrangements are made and approved by the Treasurer, President, and Director.
Your obligation can be satisfied by fundraising, cash or credit card payments, automatic bank drafts, or a combination thereof. The Cary Band Boosters Club provides numerous opportunities for students and their parents to fundraise. It is expected that financial assistance applicants will avail themselves of such opportunities. Any monies raised will remain the property of The Cary Band Boosters Club.
