This Client Consent and Agreement form is dated for reference and entered into by and between ​​The Bull Yard​ and the Individual in Consent to this form.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. This Individual is retaining the professional services of The Bull Yard to provide spiritual services and/or to perform other related divinatory services (Spiritual Healing, Chakra Balancing & Cleansing, House Blessings, etc.) at approximately​ 60-90 minutes​ per person unless other wise stated. Services will be serviced on date and time agreed to. Services will be provided by The Bull Yard at said place (via Skype, place of residence, local areas, etc.) as agreed to with the individual upon agreement to this form.

PAYMENT. Client shall pay The Bull Yard the service amount with Cash on Service date, before service is rendered. Other payments accepted Credit Card, Debit Card and Third party services via PayPal or Square. Check or Money Orders are NOT accepted.

**Upon execution of this Agreement, the payment is ​non-refundable​**

 

STRICT AND ENFORCED NO REFUND POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Since the services are reserved for you personally I enforce a NO REFUND POLICY, especially for "NO SHOWS".

 The Bull Yard policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my established and future clientele.

INDEMNIFICATION. Client indemnifies, holds harmless, and defends The Bull Yard against any and all claims, liabilities, injury, damages, costs, or losses of any kind or nature resulting from the any of the Services provided by this business and/or by the Owner.
