Riverwood Concert Attire Order Form

Please fill in the form below. Please order and pay by September 18, 2019. Late Fees of $25 will apply if ordered after September 18.
If your student is in Band or Orchestra, they must have "Concert Dress." We order as a group to save money and to produce a classic stage appearance.

For men, the performance apparel is a black-notched tuxedo jacket, black pleated tuxedo pants, white pleated tuxedo shirt, black satin bow tie and cummerbund. Note you must provide formal black shoes. (No sneakers/Vans, etc.) and black socks. Ensure that pants are hemmed.

For women, the performance apparel is a black satin empire style dress with scoop neckline and softly flared skirt. Note you must provide formal black closed-toe shoes. (No sneakers, slippers, etc.). Ensure dress is hemmed and ensure undergarments are covered.

Student must be dressed in proper attire in order to perform.
