PARADE ENTRY INFO - Due Sunday, May 31, 2026

Parents are responsible for providing a convertible vehicle for their daughter to participate in the Miss Ohio Parade on Sunday, June 14th.  Multiple Hearts of Ohio may ride in the same car. If you want to share your vehicle with other Hearts of Ohio or cannot find a convertible for your daughter, please indicate below in the comments.

Parents must complete the information below about the Driver and Vehicle for the Emcee announcements along the parade route. This form is for the Hearts of Ohio Participant ONLY!

ADDITIONAL support entry units need to complete a separate entry form at http://parade.missohio.org

If you are providing the vehicle for your daughter or permitting another Hearts of Ohio participant to ride with your daughter, please fill in the Vehicle Description and Driver information below. 

If you are providing the vehicle and allowing other Hearts of Ohio to ride with your daughter, please list the names of the other Hearts of Ohio below.

If you have made arrangements for your daughter to ride in a vehicle provided by another Hearts of Ohio participant, please list the name of that Hearts of Ohio participant below.  We will contact the parent of that Hearts of Ohio to confirm.
