Program Fee: The full fee for the 5-week cycle is $325.

Registration and Payment in Full MUST be before group's first session.
ASPIRE Center is not an in-network provider for any health insurance plans. However, clients are provided with detailed documentation at the conclusion of the group cycle that may be submitted to an insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement (if applicable). ASPIRE Center does not assume responsibility for claim submission or related correspondence with insurance companies.
Please Note: Group payments are non-refundable; under extenuating circumstances, center credit may be provided as determined on a case-by-case basis.
Inclement Weather: Due to unforeseen weather, there will be chances of group cancellation. On the days where weather is an issue, ASPIRE Center will make a decision to hold or cancel group by 12pm. Families will receive an email and/or phone call informing you of any cancellations. Information will also be found on our website, www.aspirecenterforlearning.com. In the event that ASPIRE initiates a cancellation due to inclement weather, participants will receive a credit for the group session in their ASPIRE account, which can be used towards future services at ASPIRE Center.
Client Drop-Off Policy: Please note, that parents dropping participants off for group are required to remain within a 5-minute radius of the center and be reachable by phone/text throughout the duration of group. Parents should return to the center prior to the group's end in order to avoid clients being left unsupervised in the waiting area. Parents of 7-12year old clients are asked to remain on the premises for the duration of each group session due to the possibility of issues arising that require parent involvement.
