In an effort to reduce the cost and time of warranty claims (processing, shipping, receiving and storage) Alpina (XC, DH) will no longer require that any merchandise claimed defective need be returned to our facility. To that end, all claims MUST BE filed online (http://alpinasports.com/us) with the necessary fields completed (image(s), serial/product #(s), model name, etc.) Once the claim is submitted and received at Alpina, we will review it and notify the dealer of our acceptance of the claim and action. Once a decision has been made and relayed, the dealer should be instructed to destroy and discard the merchandise. Any dealers found to be submitting false claims and/or using previous serial/production #s will result in termination as an authorized retailer of Alpina as distributed by Elan USA Corp.
