SCHEDULING
Regular weekly scheduled sessions are best to maximize results.

PAYMENT
Payment is due prior to session start (at least 8-10 hours before session start).

We use an online scheduling system to schedule sessions. Your first session will be a diagnostic session. We schedule your very first diagnostic assessment session with us. After we assign you to a tutor, you will receive your tutor’s scheduling link. After you schedule your session(s), you will be prompted to a payment page. If you are receiving a discount package, you will receive an invoice for payment. We have a right to cancel a session(s) for non-receipt of payment.

LATENESS
If you are late to a session (10 minutes for online session, 15 minutes for face-to-face session) without contacting us, that session will be canceled and no monies will be refunded. No-shows will be canceled, and no monies will be refunded.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your scheduled tutoring session with no penalty at least 10-12 hours before the
scheduled session. If, however, you cancel less than 10-12 hours before your session, no
monies will be refunded. If we cancel a session (typically due to an emergency), monies paid will be refunded or applied to a future (or next) session.

*Tutoring may be terminated at any time by any party. Just give us notice. Because we're big on improving and closing academic skill gaps, if 3 weeks ago by without scheduled sessions (without prior communication), we will put you in an inactive status.
