  • VENDOR INFORMATION:

    Please go to www.icevents.info or our facebook page www.facebook.com/icevents.info for details and updates of our events.

    To receive emails on events and get updates, you MUST join our mailing list! The SIGN UP form is on our website and facebook page. Click the SIGN UP button on our fb page and enter your information.

    Please make sure to go to www.icevents.info the SUNDAY before the event look under VENDOR INFO for set up times and event info.

     

    All FOOD VENDORS make sure to contact the local health dept. to get your temporary health permit at least 14 DAYS BEFORE the event.  It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

    KELLER EVENTS FOOD VENDORS- If you have a food truck/ trailer you MUST be on the approved food vendors list with the city of Keller.  If you are a food vendor that cooks/prep under a canopy, you must get a tent permit. If you have a food truck or trailer, you MUST set up an inspection with the Fire Marshall and be approved BEFORE you can set up at a Keller event. Contact Tarrant County Health Department for temp. health permits.

    MIDLOTHIAN EVENTS FOOD VENDORS: The city of Midlothian requires ALL vendors selling food items (Anything edible) to get a temporary health permit. The permit is about $50. Please contact them with any questions

    There are no alternate dates due to weather. 

    Weather Policy: Starting April 7, 2019

    IF THERE IS INCLEMENT OR UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS, EVENT MAY BE CANCELLED AND NO CREDIT OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

    We accept debit/credit cards payments. *NO CHECKS OR PAYPAL*

    Electric is an additional fee. If you did not pay for it you will not have it.

    **ELECTRIC IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR OUTSIDE VENDORS**

    Please verify your invoice has the correct items (The events, booth location, special requests, tables, electric, etc.)

     

  • Our Policies:

    **I understand that I C Events events are planned, promoted and advertised several months before the event and has a NO REFUND, NO CREDIT POLICY.

    **I understand that weather conditions are unknown until the day of the event and I C Events WILL NOT refund or credit an event due to weather.

    **I understand that I C Events DOES NOT offer alternate event dates or locations due to weather and an event may be cancelled due to inclement or unsafe weather, natural disaster or unforseen circumstances (disease, government shut down, etc.) and NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be given.

    **I understand that I C Events DOES NOT guarantee a certain number of attendees or sales. 

    **I understand there are NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS due to weather and AGREE to the weather policy listed above.

    **I understand that VENDOR SET UP INFO will be posted on www.icevents.info the SUNDAY before the event and I will not receive my booth location until check in. 

    **I understand these policies may change and are at the discretion of I C Events.
