  • A separate application must be filled out by each adult (18y/o & older) occupant (including spouses and adult children). Applications must be filled out COMPLETELY and all applications must be received before processing may begin. Preview our Tenant Qualification Standards here. 

    Incomplete applications will not be considered. Failure to fully disclose information will result in application being declined. A non-refundable screening fee of $45 shall be required for each applicant and is due upon time of application, in certified funds or via PayPal at info@m1tc.com. 

    If you are renting with pets, please review our Pet Policy here prior to applying.  Not all homes allow pets.  Do not apply for a no-pet home if you have pets without prior approval.  Pets require separate Pet Applications and are subject to review prior to approval.

  • Applicant authorizes the property manager to contact past and present landlords, employers, creditors, credit bureaus, state and federal criminal records, and any other sources deemed necessary to investigate applicant at any time now or in the future. All the information reported above must be true, accurate and complete to the best of applicant's knowledge. Owner/Property Manager reserves the right to disqualify tenant if information is not represented accurately or truthfully. Applicant has been informed that all rental homes are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis until an application has been approved for lease, or until a holding deposit has been placed on the home pending review of the rental application. Property manager has no responsibility to establish priority or to reserve a home for any applicant who does not post a holding deposit while the rental application is under review and pending approval.
