Transcript requests must be made in writing with the requesting person's digital signature. No requests will be taken over the phone. ALL requests will be denied if there is a balance due on the cadet's account. You can pay your account immediately at http://bit.ly/PaySJMS. Official transcripts will only be mailed directly to the school, university, college, etc. We cannot mail official transcripts to your home or place of business but can provide you with an unofficial transcript for your records.
