Disclaimer: Florida has a very broad public records law. As a result, any written communication created or received by the City of Dunedin will be made available to the public and media, upon request, unless otherwise exempt.
Starting July 1, 2021, the Code Compliance Division will no longer be able to accept anonymous complaint submissions due to new state legislation (Senate Bill 60). (2) Address of the individual filing the complaint; and
(3) Phone Number of the individual filing the complaint.
Any complaint filed with the Code Compliance Division after July 1, 2021, that does not include the required contact information for all fields or contains contact information that is inaccurate, invalid, or erroneous, will not be processed.
In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 or for non-emergency police matters call the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Non-Emergency phone number at (727) 582-6200.
