    NOTE: Per section 162.06(1)(b), Florida Statutes, the Code Compliance Division will not initiate enforcement proceedings for a potential violation by way of an anonymous complaint. A person who reports a potential violation must provide his or her name and address before an enforcement proceeding may occur. Any complaint filed with the Code Compliance Division that does not include the required contact information or contains contact information that is inaccurate, invalid, or erroneous, will not be processed.
