Roster submission requirements:

• Player names will be printed exactly as submitted (ie. upper/lower case) - Capital letter are recommended 
• Items that don't have names or numbers and are the same size can be entered in one line showing total quantity per size.
• Multiple Products where each player is ordering same size per product please enter once and notate in comments at bottom of form. (IE home/away, jerseys/shooting shirts)

Roster Size Format & Nomenclature:
Youth/Boys/Unisex  - YXS, YS, YM, YL, YXL
Men's/Unisex - XS, S, M, L, 2XL, 3XL, etc.
Youth Girls - GXS, GS, GM, GL, GXL
Women - WXS, WS, WM, WL, W2XL, W3XL, etc. 

 Available Sock Sizes:
Small (Fits Shoe Size: Women's 4-5 and Men's 1-4)
Medium (Fits Shoe Size: Women's 5 1/2-10 1/2 and Men's 4 1/2-7 1/2)
Large (Fits Show Size: Women's 10 1/2-12 and Men's 8-13)  

Flex Fit Cap Sizes: 
XS (6 3/8" – 6 7/8")
S/M (6 7/8" – 7 3/8")
L/XL (7 3/8" – 8")

Once you submit this form, a friendly TSP Team Member will be in touch within 1 business day.  They can provide pricing & product information, send samples or help move forward with your order. A 50% deposit is required to start your order.
Purchase Orders from schools are also accepted.
