Patriot Plaza: Tour Request Form

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a tour of Patriot Plaza, located at the Sarasota National Cemetery.

The Arts & Cultural Alliance of Sarasota County is pleased to coordinate tours of Patriot Plaza with support from The Patterson Foundation. Please complete this form in its entirety and the Patriot Plaza Tour Coordinator will follow up with you directly.

Please note the following:
- Tour length: 60-90 minutes
- Maximum group size: 75
- Minimum guest age: 4th grade
Our Tour Guides have been fully trained and vetted. Most Guides are either veterans of the military themselves, or family members of veterans. We will work to secure enough Guides so that the ratio of Guides to Guests is no more than 1-to-15.

Thanks to support from The Patterson Foundation, the Arts & Cultural Alliance can cover expenses associated with transportation for school-aged groups. The Patriot Plaza Tour Coordinator can help you navigate this process if you have questions or need support.

Patriot Plaza is open 7 days/week. We can work to accommodate requests for weekdays and even weekends if you submit this form at least 4 weeks in advance. We do not provide tours on Federal holidays.
