The Human Resources Coordinator assists the Director with administrative details and projects while helping to be the champion of staff values and culture.
Department / Ministry Area: Operations Department/Human Resources
Reports To: Human Resources Director
Position Classification: non-exempt
Time Commitment: Part-Time, 15 hours weekly
Campus Schedule: 15 hours weekly, Tuesday-Thursday
Responsibilities/Duties
- Assist with staff celebration’s and appreciation events and programs
- Assist with benefit enrollment process
- Ensure administrative tasks for the onboarding process of new employees are completed well
- Assist with recruiting process and efforts
- Assist with Summer Internship Program development and implementation
- Google calendar management
- Ensure communication of HR policies and procedures are up to date and easily accessible
- Keep current on HR processes and policies
- Assist in keeping the department on track with trends and in line with government policy
- Assist with being the champion on staff values
Skills/Experience
- Ministry experience
- Administrative skills and experience
- Event Planning experience
- Great relational skills, full of faith, friendly,and professional
- Skilled and confident with technology
