    Shipping Notice: Please do not send your monitors in oversized plastic cases (e.g. Alien Tour Case, Pelican, or OtterBox). These increase shipping costs and may incur additional charges.

    Remove any red wax from your impressions.
    Test fit the impressions for snugness.

    If they fit closely, we may perform a quick adjustment (build-up or trim).
    If the fit is way off, new impressions will be required. [Reorder Impression Kit >]

    A new 30-day fit guarantee begins once your monitors return to you.
    The warranty begins when you receive your monitors—not when you start using them. (Yep, we’ve heard that one before.)
