  • PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN YOUR MONITORS WITH HEAVY PLASTIC CASES
    (i.e. Alien tour case/pelican/otter) as extra shipping charges will apply

    If you have a fit issue:

    • Peel off any red wax on your impressions
    • Try your impressions on for a snug fit
    • If the fit is close we can do a quick build up or take down on them
    • If fit is not close then we will need new impressions see> Impression Kit reorder
    • Send impressions with monitors

     

    A new 30 day fit guarantee starts again when you recieve your monitors back

    The warranty starts from the time you receive your monitors and not the actual time you have used them (come on folks!)

    There is no specified turnaround times for repairs and your return will be serviced in the order that it was received.

    Repair Policy Agreement

    In sending Alien Ears your units you agree to the warranty and policy terms as outlined on the Alien Ears Website Warranty and Policies page

    You are obligated to pay shipping cost even if you choose not to have the work done

    Warranty work includes repair but not shipping (either way)

    If your repair is not covered under warranty and is over $100 we will contact you with repair cost.

    Alien Ears is not responsible for lost or damage packages in coming to our lab due to the shipping service
