The cover design pdf files and the final document pdf files can be provided through dropbox, wetransfer, or google drive if they are too large for this form. A nondisclosure agreement will be signed first if needed: email the studio at info@gibbsbookbinding.com

In order to receive a quote for a repair / conservation project, images showing the damaged areas are required.

Estimates for repair MUST include photos showing the interior and exterior of the books. Attach 3 photos per book.
For multiple books, submit multiple forms.

For new book projects, please provide a print ready PDF of the page layouts and a PDF of the cover design. AI generated mockups cannot be used for providing estimates.
