During the course of your participation, we may each exchange information that we consider to be proprietary and confidential.  To protect this information from disclosure to others, we each agree to be bound by the Nondisclosure Agreement posted here (the “NDA”).

In order to participate in a study with Quest, you must indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Study Participant Agreement prior to your participation.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement or you do not meet the general participant eligibility requirements stated in the Agreement, do not click the “I agree” button and do not register or respond to an inquiry as a potential participant in any Quest study.
