Dog Adoption/Foster Application

Muttly Crew Rescue is located in Lake Forest, CA. We adopt primarily in Southern California. All adoptions begin with a non-binding application, meet and greet that requires all members of the adopter’s family (including pets) to come to meet the dog. We will make arrangements with the adopters for a home check prior to taking the new dog home for a 7 day foster to adopt trial period. If for any reason the adoption does not work out, adopters must agree to make arrangements to transport the dog back to Lake Forest, CA.
