Each fall, the PTO publishes an in-house listing of student contact information. The Panthers PTO Student Directory is available in hardcopy only and is distributed to the families of D.G. Cooley Elementary students via Friday Folders. The Student Directory may be used by D.G. Cooley parents to contact each other or to coordinate activities with other parents. It is not to be used by anyone for solicitation purposes.
To include your child in the 2017-2018 CES Panthers PTO Student Directory you must give permission via the form below or by contacting email@example.com.
Please note... This publication (and the information you opt to include below) is completely independent of the FERPA “Notice of Directory Information” designations you make as part of the Clarke County Schools online registration process. Your FERPA designations pertain to information the county might release to newspapers, high school ring vendors, etc. The information you provide through this PTO form will be used solely for the Panthers PTO Student Directory.
