Congratulations on your pregnancy! Fit4Baby® is our prenatal fitness and exercise program that helps moms improve their prenatal health through strength-training, stretching, balance and cardio exercises.
We follow all ACOG guidelines (The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) regarding exercise during pregnancy. All of our instructors are certified in prenatal fitness and up-to-date on the latest ACOG guidelines and recommendations.
