• FY22 Allocations Committee Funding Release Form

  • The funding release form allows organizations to return funds to Student Government Board for reallocation. When you know you will not use funds, it is in a student organization's best interest to return them to Student Government Board. After returning funds, any funds that are being counted towards caps will be decreased by the amount of funds returned.

For example, if funds were for a competition/conference that was cancelled please say something along the lines of "Tournament at PSU from 9/21-9/23 was cancelled by the league". You may use this space for any additional information you would like to give as well.

  • After submitting this form, the Allocations Chair will review the funding release form. After the SORC confirms the funds are in your account, the Allocations Chair will sign off on it. After approval, the funds will be removed from your account. You will recieve an email when the funds have been fully released.
