Please familiarize yourself with the Responsibilities and Expectations that are required of Trips Scholarship recipients.
1. The individual is expected to pay the difference of the trip cost, in full, at the time of registration unless the individual is paying using their bursar account.
2. The individual is expected to act in an orderly and respectful manner on the trip; funds used inappropriately are unacceptable and the Associate Director Christine Lagattolla, any Graduate Assistant, or Trips Manager reserve the right to revoke trip financial aid at any time before or after the trip as they see fit. If trip financial aid is revoked, the individual must pay back the amount that they were granted.
3. All Trips Scholarship recipients, upon completion of the trip, are required to complete a personal testimony and/or social media post. The form in which a testimony is delivered are dependent upon length of trip. Prior to the trip departure date, an Outdoor Adventures staff member will reach out, laying out the requirements. The requirements can range from one social media post for one day trips to a video testimony for week-long trips.
