Resons Red flags and Sale cancellations and commision deduction.
- Probing and report builing is key to qaulity sale and Channel asked by customer should be looked up in channel line up and same package should be offered , wrong comitments with channels not included can result hold of Sale commision upto 12 months due to during this time if client cancels a recharge back can be operated.
- Customers who already have placed order can never be sold again this will be counted as a bad employee ethics will deduct 1000 rupees from next pay cheque.
- Customer who are not informed this is a contract in case of Directv this will result in a cancel.
- Calls with out vivnt probing can have have negative 1000 rupees on sale call as we have discussed earliar there should be a decent conversation and probing about vinvt with 3 questions of proplbing and should be offered as a Package in calls where Atnt is Avaiable tv+internet+vivnt should be offered first.
- Due to High calls Dropping following steps have to be taken and a non serious attitude of some co workers client informed us following method that will be implement from today onwards.

- In our logged hours as calls dropped on your extention can cause another co worker a valueable sale. During logged hours any calls dropped will be minus from pay cheq for 100 rupees per call.
- Must be taken prior approval to put on break can be taken 15 mins , 15mins and 30, mins during a 9 hour shift. Should put status on break (busy) while going on, if un break and called drop can result in above.
- Any sale call Not called back if line dropped and attempted 3 times in a day will result in 100 rupees each lead given to the agent, if stil voice you have to inform us.
- Call back sale, yes call backs need to be contacted back, if anyone is not keeping a track of their call backs are causing loss to our business and each call back not contacted atleast 3 times with difference of 1 hour willl be noticed and such employee will not be given call volume if more then 3 cases have been identified. Unless such customers are contacted back. Please fill out call back form that is available if not filled and hided by any means agent will not be given calls to operate for next 3 days to minimize non productive people on calls.
- Call back Install.
Each day we have to call on Installs today one hour end of day and contact our customers to find out if their services are installed or not. If not then such people *MUST* be resold another company availble in their area. Offer dish network or others as we already have their info.
- Failing to call back install customer not be accepted in any stiuation. Therefore 500 rupees will be deducted as we will have to call them and confrim installed. Of not installed you will have to re sell another product as we bring everthing thats available.
- ( We are facing high volume of cancellations and we need strong meausres to sustain our business as each lead that have been sold is paid to client and we can not afford paying for something that is cancelled and not re approached for what ever reasons)
- Reasons for termination of contract if following is repeated or occured from today onwards.
- If mentioned on any call found saying we are directv or Any Partner will result in termination.
- Please be aware some Escalations have been raised and we need to understand, clients escalation if proven correct on grounds of Mis Reperesentation and miss commitments (price promo) can result in total Termination of Service with Commisions remaining total Unpaid. You are soley responsible, any order placed can not be cancelled once placed unless document on email and have written approval.
- Transfering calls to another number (including who we work for ex Directv) will Result in Termination with out Pay
- If Customer is Asking for Another employee as call back sale and phone is Hung up this ethics are not expected will result in termination.
- A sale call deliberately Hung up or disconnected. Wheather or not sale is complete, hanging up on customer without finding another providers or options is a serious matter , a Customer who called in to take servixe must be offered all options before moving to next call
- Using random social or dob on Dtv exede or any other provider or Trying different info then provided on call will result in Termination
- Lying to customer to get sale like , NFL ,other movie channels can result in termination no further dicsusion on this.
- Make sure you all will forward that lead to desired person. No chance of dropping other sales will be allowed as this will Hurt the company and company will give that agent $50 From your Pay Check to that agent.
- The oppertunity to work from home is still there in event of office we are moving to ( if you dont want to work from office), we need to understand these are money Matters. At end of Day this brings business to our table, working from home should not be taken for granted as this company is promising Good values and Earnings to you and us.
