Independent Contractor Status
DFW and Austin Facilitators are considered Independent Contractors with Echo Education. Each individual Independent Contractor is responsible for payment of all taxes. Echo Education will provide all materials/equipment necessary to complete the daily tasks and responsibilities of Program Facilitators, sans transportation to and from starting locations each day (the schools). Independent Contractors are not eligible for employee benefits. Independent Contractors are not considered employees, and are offered contracts on a seasonal basis.
Payment & Contract Terms
Independent Contractors will be paid by check at the completion of each day the individual works as a Program Facilitator. Payment will be made in full, without deductions for any taxes or employee benefits. I understand and agree that the terms and conditions of any contract position extended to me may be changed, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time by the organization.
