Soula’s Way Adoption Form:

Dogs adoption fees are $275 for adult dogs, and $350 for puppies 3-9 months of age. The adoption fee goes towards boarding, nutrition, vaccines, grooming, spaying, surgeries, and many more costs for your rescued pet. Adoption fees usually do not cover all costs put into each animal. When you adopted and provide each animal with a loving home, your adoption contributes toward the ability of Soula's Animal Rescue to save the next dog from being put down and helping find thier forever home.

Transport fee for out-of-area adopters is determined by distance.

Fees are payable via check, PayPal, Venmo, E-Payment or cash and must upon adoption application approval.

Submitting this application does not mean you are commiting to a dog, nor does it guarantee you will get that dog. It is simply a tool we use to help both you and us identify a good potential match for your family and lifestyle.

I understand that completing this application does not guarantee I will be allowed to adopt a dog, and that the application is a tool to help Soula's Animal Rescue determine if this dog and my family are a good fit for each other. I understand that any misrepresentations may result in my not being approved and/or removal of the adopted dog from my possession. I agree to allow a representative from Soula's Animal Rescue to contact my vet for a reference and also agree to allowing a home visit prior to adopting this dog. If I am approved to adopt a dog, I agree to pay a non-refundable adoption fee and hand sign an adoption contract at the time of adoption.
