  • PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE NO LOCKER RENTALS AVAILIBLE DURING THE FALL 2020 SEMESTER.

Graduate students at the GW School of Business may rent a locker for the fall, spring and summer semesters as outlined below.

Locker rentals begin on the first day of classes of the semester and end on the last day of scheduled finals of the same semester. Students can choose how many semesters they would like to reserve a locker for during the academic year. Please note: if a student requests a locker for less than the entire academic year, the locker must be VACATED at the end of the reserved semester. These students must resubmit a request at the beginning of the next semester if they would like a new locker.

Any locker not emptied at the end of the reserved semester will have its contents cleared and discarded by the Graduate Programs Office five (5) business days after the rental end date. ALL lockers must be emptied at the end of the summer semester.

Use of the George Washington University School of Business (GWSB) lockers is a privilege. Any MBA student wishing to rent a locker during the academic year will be assigned a locker by the Office of MBA Programs after payment for rental is received. It is recommended that students not store luxury goods, valuables, food or beverages in these lockers.

By clicking on "Agree To Terms" below, students agree to abide by the following locker rental terms and conditions set forth by the Graduate Programs Office:

    1. All lockers at the GW School of Business (GWSB) are the property of GWSB and the George Washington University, and are subject to applicable university policies. GWSB reserves the right to alter the policies governing the use of lockers with appropriate notice.
    2. Misuse of a locker may lead to termination of locker privileges.
    3. The Graduate Programs Office reserves the right to open a locker with or without the consent of the student to whom the locker is registered in instances where locker procedures are being abused or in the case of an emergency situation.
    4. Flammable materials, dangerous chemicals, explosives, weapons, or perishable items of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the lockers. Illegal or controlled substances such as drugs or alcohol are also strictly prohibited.
    5. Students are not permitted to affix anything to the interior or exterior of their lockers.
    6. Upon assignment and during use, students are held responsible to report any damage or needed repairs to the Graduate Programs Office.
    7. All personal items must be stored completely within a locker. All items left outside of a locker, whether secured or not, will be removed and disposed of accordingly.
    8. All lockers not cleaned out by the date indicated will be vacated and the items will be removed and discarded by the Graduate Programs Office.
    9. Lockers are to be used at a student’s own risk. GWSB is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged items.
  • I have read and agree to the responsibilities set forth by the GWSB Graduate Programs Office in order to utilize a locker.
