The mission of Theatre South Playhouse is to nurture, challenge, educate and empower our artists and audiences, in order to inspire the South West Orlando community. We are a safe environment for children, teens and adults to learn cultural arts through participation in classes, workshops and productions. We are a family of dedicated artists and teaching artists who provide high quality productions and events, adding culture and creativity to our community.

Theatre South Playhouse strives to nurture, challenge, educate and empower all members of our community by sharing our love for the arts. Because of this, we offer scholarship assistance to members of our community who are unable to afford to participate in programs offered at TSP.

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for completing the Theatre South Playhouse Scholarship Application. We are able to fund scholarships through fundraising efforts and donations from our supporters. Applications are approved based on the availibility of funds. In some insances TSP is able to reduce costs to assist families when scholarships funds have been depleted.

We review each application to determine eligibility and scholarship amounts. All of the information you provide will remain confidential. TSP welcomes children and families of all races, ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, genders, religions and sexual orientations. For questions, please email info@theatresouthplayhouse.org.

I certify that all of the information I provided was true and accurate. I understand that my application will be denied if the information I provide is incomplete or inaccurate. I further understand if I intentionally provide false information for the sole purpose of obtaining scholarship funds from TSP, I may jeopardize my eligibility for applying for future scholarships and from participation in TSP programs.
