Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 9 am - 5 pm
Participation preference is given to artisans and crafters from the Key Peninsula and Gig Harbor area, followed by Pierce County, South Kitsap County, and East Mason County. Previous vendors get Early Registration preference through September 1, 2017. No new vendors are accepted until September 1, 2016.
Vendors are required to be on-site for set up by 7:30 am (as early as 6:30 am) and stay at the event until 5 pm. The Fire Marshall inspection will be at 8:30 am; vendors must be mostly set-up when the Fire Marshall inspects. Vendors are required to clean up their assigned space at the conclusion of the event.
There is no central cashier; all vendors are responsible for their own sales. WiFi is available and a pass code will be given to you the day of the event.
Booth size: Each booth is a cozy 5' x 6' space in the main gymnasium. Each booth will come with two (2) chairs - this year each 6'x 2.5' table can be rented for an additional $5.00. To avoid confusion - the 5' x 6' space only easily accommodates one 6' table.
Please note: In order to have a good mix of vendors, we may limit the number of artisans/crafters in each category (jewelry, photography, knit/crochet, etc.). We often sell out all spaces in mid-October.
